Pork, Spinach and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Spinach Salad Dressing
  • 1 (6 oz.) bag baby spinach
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 hardboiled eggs, peeled and cut into wedges

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; toss gently to coat with dressing. Serve immediately.

Entrée salad: Add grilled or broiled sliced chicken or pork tenderloin; drizzle with additional Marie’s Spinach Salad Dressing.
