Combine sugar with crushed chocolate graham crackers. Melt butter and add to the mixture. Press into a springform pan and bake at 375º F for 6–7 minutes. Let cool. In a double-boiler, melt white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
Beat six egg whites till stiff and set aside. Whip one pint of sweetened heavy cream with vanilla, set aside. Wash strawberries, then pat dry with paper towel. Reserve a few berries to use as garnish. Chop the remaining berries. Add one cup Marie’s Strawberry Glaze. Fold the egg whites into the whipped cream, then fold the strawberry mixture in, followed by the white chocolate. Mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and freeze. About 15–20 minutes before serving, take the pie out of the freezer to thaw slightly. Garnish with sliced or halved strawberries.
