Combine 4 tablespoon sugar with 14 crushed chocolate graham crackers.
Melt 1 cube of butter and add to the mixture. Press into a spring form pan and bake at 375 for 6–7 minutes. Cool.
Melt in double boiler 12 oz. of white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
Beat 6 egg whites till stiff and set aside. Whip 1 pint of heavy sweetened cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla, set aside.
Wash 1 pound of strawberries, pat dry with paper towel and chop. Add 1 cup Marie’s Strawberry Glaze.
Fold the egg whites into the whipped cream, then fold the strawberry mixture in followed by the white chocolate.
Pour into prepared pie crust and freeze. Garnish with strawberries.
About 15–20 minutes before serving take out of freezer to let slightly thaw.
