Directions:
Cut pork into 24 pieces. Place pork pieces in a large zip-top plastic bag and add ¾ cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Prepare grill. Remove pork from bag and discard marinade. Thread 2 marinated pork pieces, 2 red onion pieces, and 2 pineapple cubes alternately onto 12 soaked skewers. Brush kabobs with remaining Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing. Place kabobs on hot grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until done, brushing frequently with Marie’s dressing. Serve kabobs as appetizer on a large platter.
Tip: You can also cook kabobs under the broiler for 12-14 minutes or until pork is done, turning occasionally.
