Romaine Salad with Parmesan Ranch

  • 10 oz hearts of romaine salad
  • ½ cup Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 6 oz seasoned steak strips, diced
  • ¼ shaved parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)


In large bowl, toss greens with Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing.  Divide greens evenly onto each plate, Top each with steak, parmesan cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds.


Tip: Use asiago cheese and pine nuts as substitutes.
