In large saucepan, cover potatoes with water, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Place cooked potatoes in food processor with Marie’s Blue Cheese and Bacon Dressing and whip for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Add crumbled bacon to top of potatoes and serve.
Tip: Top with crumbled blue cheese instead of bacon.
