Celery root is brown and knobby on the outside. Cut one side to create a flat working surface. Lie on flat side and cut off all brown knobby parts. Once you have the brown outer layer cut off, slice it into thin strips and toss into large bowl with Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing. Toss in shredded carrots, scallions and diced ham. Combine until well coated. Salt and pepper to taste.
