- 8 fresh figs, quartered
- 5 oz arugula
- 4 oz prosciutto
- ½ cup Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing
- 2 oz shaved parmesan cheese
Directions:Slice prosciutto lengthwise and wrap around quartered fig with 2 or 3 leaves of arugula and a small spoon of Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing. Secure with toothpick and serve on platter.
