Prosciutto, Fig and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh figs, quartered
  • 5 oz arugula
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • ½ cup Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 2 oz shaved parmesan cheese

Directions:

Slice prosciutto lengthwise and wrap around quartered fig with 2 or 3 leaves of arugula and a small spoon of Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing.  Secure with toothpick and serve on platter.
